We want you to love your frames as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day risk-free return and exchange policy on all orders. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will provide a full refund or a one-time exchange at no additional cost.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print immediately.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely place your frames and accessories in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange frames within 5-7 business days.
